C50. Is it legal for a 16 year old with cbt?

Probably an old question but is a c50 legal for a 16 year old?

I used to believe the C50 wasn’t a moped as it didn’t have pedals and wasn’t restricted. But is it?

We created it to be helpful, as there is so much misinformation around on the subject, and the DVLA official advice is far from clear.
