welcome,to the forum ,only mot proble with these bikes is rustunder the rear wheel arch , but replacement parts can be sorced ,good luck

Yes, welcome, the only other things are the front brake and the leading link (front arm) bushes In the bottom of the front suspension.
Just post your problems and we'll see what we can do?
