Hi from a newbie

Post by fatharry » Tue May 11, 2021 7:41 am

Hi all
I'm joining as I have recently bought a Honda C50m 1972 which as far as I can see is just a 6v C50 with a starter motor built for the French market.

I am new to all this so will probably be relying heavily on your members expertise/knowledge to get me through it so a big thankyou in advance for your great site and any help or info you will share.

Thanks again

Fatharry (Chris) :D

Hi Chris , this is the only place where information is searchable , right back to 2009 most things have been asked before and we have a great bunch of people who can answer almost any question . Have you got any photos of the bike ,if you look above here there is a section on how to post photos , most now use Postimage ;)

And stick the year of your bike and a rough location in your details.

This may be helpful. ttps://www.cmsnl.com/honda-c50m-france_model14317/partslist/

The postage from them is very high though, 20 euros for a washer.... so what a lot of folks do is find the part numbers from there and google to see if they are available elsewhere, David Silver is also a good source.
