I have recently bought a Malaysian Honda C100 it's about 20 years old but never been registered the DVLA are asking for proof of year of manufacture and MOT it's in mint condition with 17 Kilometers on the clock they suggest an owners club could help with proof of date of manufacture ? I would love to talk to some one by phone if possible . or help to sort the dating .

You need a dating certificate from a club on the DVLA list , not us unfortunately .If you use the search box a few options will pop up .
