I got a 1 litre petrol mixing bottle from Screwfix (FOC from a friend) which means I have enough space under the seat for a spare tube.
Whilst the restrictions are on its worth carrying a tube and tyre levers rather than relying on the AA.
There's not many times I find I need more power in Kent, the traffic is congested on most roads all the time. Happy days.

Recently set up a new bag system with a 3 litre fuel can. Should take the range to 200 miles which is enough for a good days riding

Thank you, that all read as wise words and I'll bare all of that in mind.

Does anyone use a engine flush before changing the oil? or just get it hot and drain it?

Yes some do use engine flush ,get it all out ,kick the engine over a few times with the ignition off  to get the last drops out then refill with the best oil you can afford .Do not start an oil debate. ..

heh heh yeah I know where you're coming from with that! I'm also on a motoring forum (pistonheads) and it always kicks off regarding oil

I'll stick to that link regarding the C90 as my bible. 8-)
