Hi my name is Tom I'm a born again cub rider....I passed my test 45 years ago on one.... had a few bikes over the years,but not ridden for a few years. Didn't want my arms ripping off anymore so bought a cub about a month ago 1996 c90e....I would be interested in joining any days out you may have planned. I'll keep a look out on here. Regards Tom. I seem to remember a motorbike "shop" that was based in some old buildings (farm, ex WW2?) in Armthorpe in the early 80s.
May have been called, "Trev's Motorcycles," or similar.

Thanks for the reply....Armthorpe had a big following of bikers...I do seem to recall the shop you mentioned.Are you local to me...is there anything going on ...meets...ride outs..??

If you look at a members details it will give a clue as to where they are ,which is also good if you need any help .So add a rough location to yours,

Unfortunately you've picked the wrong year, normally there is quite a lot up your way. I have friends in Bawtry and have often visited there with my C90 in/on a van. Also camped at Squires and participated in some great rides'.

No, I used to live in a tiny village on the A60 between Worksop and Doncaster but moved to the Sussex coast in '87.

Hi I'm new to the forum,,,,,,and a born again cub rider. I'm from Armthorpe near Doncaster and bought my 1996 c90 about a month ago after passing my test on one and having quite a few different bikes along the way. Having not ridden a bike for a number of years I didn't want my arms pulling off so decided a cub was the right choice....been out a few times done 35 miles round trips and thought it would be better to join a group for ride outs and meetings. Hope to get out with some of you soon.
