Honda 90/110/hybrid

Hello all, I'm Tommo in Essex who's just acquired a Honda 90, 110 Lifan engine and various bits. I would like to fit wider tyres front and back and stiffer, stronger front forks. Does anyone have any views as to which forks and whether I'd be able to fit 3.5 x 18 wheels and tyres.
