Based on no experience building/maintaining/modding bikes, please could somebody advise me on the best material for step by step dummies guides on putting together a C90E 1985+ in its entirety start to finish?

Videos would be really helpful also!

Start with the guides on here, particularly those created by Steve and AE86. You really won't find a better resource.
