I have a C90E, stripped it for a wee tidy up 8 years ago! Now it's time to start rebuilding

Re: Hi.
Make sure you inject some rust inhibitor into the cavity of the swinging arm. I drilled a couple of holes on the "wheel" sides, poured in ACF50 ( then poured back out) and plugged the holes with a grommet.
It would also help if you used Tiger Seal to cover up any areas that may hold water, particularly under the rear frame. There are a number of seams here. Also pay attention to the frame edge above the rear wheel which acts like a mini gutter but it tends to retain water.
You'll need to repaint afterwards.
