Absolutely, since the EACC stands for East Anglian Cyclomotor Club.
There is an active Kent branch, though. Terry (Onitinio) met up with them a little while back.

Absoulty great bunch of guys meet up with them earlier this year, was a couple of PF50's, they have a Facebook group,
