Aye up all!

Post by philwin » Fri Aug 14, 2009 11:45 pm

Hello

I've just bought myself a T reg C90 for a charity Lands end to John o groats ride next year! as there's a group of us doing it, I got the bike home and started tinkering already...I cant help it! stripped cleaned and adjusted everything...How simple are these things to work on! Anyway I'll no doubt end up keeping it as I cant bear to sell any bikes and it'll gradually be brought back to good as new...ish! :)

Hello and welcome to the club! Me and Maverick where hoping to do the same trip this year as bit of an adventure but with our lack of experience on the road we bottled it. If you would post up about your trip as you go along that would be great! :)

Hi & Welcome to c90 club! I'm afraid this good intent is probably going to imprison you in 'Cubland' forever, its a nice place to be!
What charity are you supporting and is there any particular story behind why you choose to do so? Also, how are you raising sponsorship? I would like to do something like this, but am more daunted by going around with the begging bowl than doing the ride! Full respect to you!

Hi all

Ta for the welcome and yes I can see myself getting drawn into this C90 malarkey much to my wife's concern ;) I'll certainly keep you all posted on the trip, which is in May next year and we reckon it'll be in aid of Help For Heroes as most of us are in the air force at the minute!

We were guests of the RAF Wittering MCC last weekend, beautifully organised event! Were you there?
