The Re-Start of something new again.

Post by BeechwoodNews » Wed Aug 12, 2009 6:41 pm

I'm 32 years of age, living in Thornton Cleveleys nr Blackpool.
When I was 16, I bought a quite rusty Honda C50 in Blue 'X' Registered, sorted it out, resprayed it (in Ford Fiesta Blue... dont ask), got it on the road, passed the MoT ect. I Used this bike for 12 Months before I bought a Honda CB125 Super Dream.....Then a Suzuki GS 125, then a Suzuki GS250 and finally Honda VFR400 nc24. At the age of 20 I passed my Driving Test, its been four wheels ever since.

This week, the ever faithful Honda C50 will be collected from my Dads garage, given a once over to get things started again....and just over 16 years on since the first time, the Cub 50 will be riding the streets once again.

I forgotten how good GUNK smells.

Paul.

AAAhhhhh! Gunk! I'm going to spend all night dreaming of it, & go & buy a can tomorrow just so I can sniff it, and overdose on nostalgia!
To think I was cleaning out the sprocket cover with parafin earlier!
Welcome to c90 club! :D
