Hi...am I allowed in to the club?

Post by Bowman » Tue Oct 19, 2010 9:32 pm

Hi All...........Thinking of doing a 24hr Jogle with a mate at work who is a C90 fanatic!. The issue is I have an opportunity on the cheap to get a BAOTIAN BT 110-2 RED / MOPED 110CC ( a cheeky Chinese cub copy). Is this allowed or will I be an outcast at official C90 meets? :o :o :?:

Hi Bowman, I'm an ex mod who now owns a Yamaha Townmate and they have made me more than welcome. Welcome aboard mate, and as I said in my other posting the Baotian for £300 seems a good buy.

You could be picking Nutters brains, or is it a sense of pride that you each do their own?

Hi Leiba and all.
No pride involved I just don't want to be seen to encourage Bowman as he was not ridden a bike in ten years, after all his wife is best friends with Cheri, so I could get into all sorts of trouble for encouraging him! But if Bowman is sure he wants to do it, then I shall be going with him and passing on the lessons that Newt and I learn't when we did it. Also I don't know a great deal about Boation bikes other than they have a UK dealer network which is better than some Chinese imports.
Take care all
Nut
