i worked at a place that crushed that for oil, rats and spiders and allsorts went through the crushers with the seed
it was very well filtered but after seeing rats "pop" as they went through sorta put me off it

It's also the cheapest crappiest oil out there and being ponced as the latest gift to health by TV chefs.
It also makes the Essex countryside stink to high heaven when it's ripe.
It should be kept for it's original purpose - cattle feed, 'cos it makes good steaks.
I think I'm turning into an Essex redneck

iirc, it's a contact 20kmh
had a jaunt out the other day on super cruise, around 30-35mph, got 138mpg but it was quite tedious!

1068 miles on jogle I averaged 136 mpg .
.....but this is an oil thread. Someone get back on track please.
