hello im richard from nottingham,im looking at buying at honda c90 n reg think its a 1974-75 been stood in a barn for years needs a full resto it has 3000 miles on the clock but engine is seized few parts missing like leg shield etc just wondering how much to pay for it ? if any one can help? regards richard

Hi Richard. Welcome to the board
The bike sounds like an excellent project, barn finds are what most of us dream of! (not many barns here in London).
The Bike/project sounds a bit like Scrote's barn find (similar year etc) if the engine has seized it's hard to guess how much needs speeding on it? I think Scrote paid about £100 but it's really up to you to strike a deal! 3000 miles, if genuine, is very low but I would still not want to pay crazy money.

cheers guys so if i offer him £50 i should be ok ive all ready got a rebuilt 6v engine for it .were is the best place to buy parts and also what model would it be a c90zz ? cheers rich

The C90ZZ is a similar bike, it was made 1979-1983 I believe, your bike I think is a straight C90.
There's a few parts that are hard to get hold of, but most things can be found at

hi guys just to let u know i did a deal with the bloke got it for £60 in the end so quiet happy at that ill post some pics of it as it stand at the moment once ive picked it up thanks for your advise. regards rich
