Nice one! At least we have the weather for it. What model and year is the bike? Is it a straight purchase from a dealer or are you on a promise? I haven't had a go yet on a 70, but my 50 isn't much slower than my 90.
Post us up some pictures when you get it!
Cheers, Newt.

its a friends father who says he will only sell it after the 26th when he wil have had it 25 years.i think its an A reg passport.
i went up to have a look at it on friday and it fired straight up after not being run for 2 years.the fuel smelt really off but still she ran perfect.

That sounds like a great find! I went out this afternoon with A.G. & my other half on the C50. That's an A reg, 1984. Only done 4500 miles, runs like a sewing machine and will sit between 30 - 35mph and today downhill I saw 45!
I reckon the 70 will be good fun. Let us know when you get your hands on it!
