Spontaneous travel.

Sometimes I head off with the intention of going a couple of miles for my breakfast, but then wanderlust takes over. So yesterday after leaving the house I decided that instead of stopping in town, Braemar sounded a better option. Once I got there, Cockbridge, sounded better, then via The Lecht and on to Grantown on Spey for fuel. Next, laggan and on to the A9 at Dalwhinnie heading South, the only bit of the journey that was uncomfortable, because the Grom is slower than just about anything else on the road. Then off the A9 North of Calvine and head South on some excellent unclassified/B roads, and home via Rannoch, Schiehallion, Kenmore, Glenquaich and the Sma Glen. Easy on a big adventure bike, but a days adventure on a Grom, and great fun.
