That takes me back, 15 years ago I lived in High Littleton before I moved to Devon. I remember that water on my mountain bike (I was young and fit then).
The mud in Devon seems much more "lubricating" than the mud in the county formerly known as Somerset
Certainly the Super Cub on its road tyres was a bit of a handful on a green lane south of Totnes the other day. Some great lanes down here though.
