Finally, after a few days wait I went on board of a cargoship from Alat, Azerbaijan to Aqtau, Kazachstan.

Only just discovered this thread. Wonderful. Will now watch a bit each day.
I had planned to ride my Yamaha Townmate from the UK to Slovenia in May this year but Covid meant having to cancel everything. Perhaps next year. I set up a blog and everything https://10gallonstoslovenia.wordpress.com/
