Cold commute home this evening

2 miles on the Wave in today's cold was enough for me this evening.

Face was abit red when I got in..

It was cold.......i feel your pain.........I wore a thin army baraclava and army neck tube.......handy hits of kit, also put lengths of cardboard down behind my gortex waterproof bottoms, along with two pair of long johns, two pair of jogging bottoms and a pair of army softie leggings.......ended up doing about 60 miles around North Yorkshire moors.....cold but nice spin.

Got to wire up my heated vest.....Capatino recommended neon these, good bits of kit, especially the one with heated collar :D Always my get some hand muffs :D :D

60 miles - that is "hard core".

I will commute all year round (4.5 mile round trip only) - but draw the line at frost, ice and snow!


Only taken the car once this winter...
