C90s on The Pedders Way

Is anyone local to Norfolk/Suffolk and The Pedders Way and fancies doing it on their C90? I always fancied walking it but in this weeks MCN there's an article about riding the trail on your bike. They have probably got BMW GS's in mind but it would be great to tackle it on a C90. SO...anyone brave enough to take this trip with me? Starting at Knettishall Heath in Suffolk near Thetford and stretching 46 miles to Hunstanton for chips and an ice cream. We could do it in an easy day or half day (there's bound to be pub en-route too) Date/time to be confirmed.

Nick

I'm not in Norfolk but could be up for this if the dates suit.

Hi There, I have just joined the club today and this post has definitely caught my eye! I am based just outside of Thetford and would love to join you

Was out your way the other day
Not sure I actually did much by-way compared to heavy forestry!

This discussion came up on an GB page recently. Presumably you, Nick?

The map you need is here:
https://maps.norfolk.gov.uk/highways/

There are lots of BOATS and byways around Thetford, then a big gap without much, then lots again north of Castle Acre. My suggestion would be to start somewhere near there and head to the coast and back on different sections.

I'm certainly up for a day out too. Much of the Peddars Way is dry and sandy. Will make a change from the last Norfolk byway day!

Hi Guys, I hope everyone has had a good Christmas! Are there any provisional dates floating around for a run up Peddars Way yet?

Not yet Jordan. Feel free to organise and post details up in the meets section though ;) You will never get an agreement on dates from everybody and some say they'll come and don't turn up. Best bet is to post details and hope for the best :D
