Some great pics.
I'm presuming you're on the hill in Isle of Portland for one of them.
And the bikes, looking fine in blue are a credit to you.

Yep well spotted, we visited Portland on our way back home, also the last picture is Gold Hill in Shaftsbury, famous for its use in the 80's Hovis advert.knapdog wrote:Some great pics.

Its a little village called a Cocklake near Wedmore in Somerset, we tried to find the village sign for a photo opportunity so we could cover up the letter L, so the sign would say "Cock ake",richie the 1st wrote:The 7th and 8th photo, that looks very quiet,area..???????????????? Re: West Country Bimble
Seeing the bikes outside the pub, brought back memories of using the stop thru', I would often wobble back from the pub, even got waved through a police Christmas road block on mine..
Saved me having injuries, I could not have walked home, so was safer on the bike wearing a stronger coat and helmet.
It was back in the 60-70's
