we hit mitchelstown and lined the cubs up on the mainstreet as we had our breky.
bellys full we hit the road for killarney a mere 100 km away(60 miles)
riding the cubs in very hot weather we were enjoying the trip and the bikes all done well
about lunchtime we had arrived in killarney co kerry
and we head for our lodgings which funny enough are just feet away from the start point of the weekends festivities
the sat run to the gap of dunloe and the black valley was due to start at 4 pm so we had a few hours to get ourselves in order
we went over for 4 pm run and 89 bikes(mostly small hondas) turned out and the sun was out in force to burn us fair skinned folk and less fortunate lads with baldy heads
up the mountains we went and the heat increased but i must admit it was pleasent ...the gap of dunloe is a sight to behold and the black valley unreal is not the word!!!
making our way back to killarney after run we had done a nice 40 mile run and i was personally was happy to get out of the bike gear and have a well derserved can of lidls finest
