Muddy leg and bent footpeg...
Empirical test to determine whether suddenly applying 9 bhp to a rear wheel on wet leaves will make you fall off in the car park like a twat...

I'd keep that quiet if I were you Jon, you'll make yourself look a right tit!
Yes, it's that time of year. The big bikes are stashed!
Ps, presume you had an audience?

Glad you did that test Jon, I was going to do that test myself. The other empirical test I was going to do, was to perform a doughnut on wet leaves full throttle. Do you think you can try that out? just see if wet leaves help with the centrifugal force of the spin, then write a report back of the results.

Re: Muddy leg and bent footpeg...
Well...Because the bike clearly wasn't square-on, was was meant to be a simple wheel spin turned into a 360 deg doughnut and as I throttled off, a little comedy highside at the end so I can safely say I've covered that one tooradar wrote:Glad you did that test Jon, I was going to do that test myself. Re: Muddy leg and bent footpeg...
about a month back i was waiting at traffic lights unaware that my rear wheel was on a shiny drain lid.
i went to pull off quick and the rear wheel started to spin on the wet drain lid.
its lucky i was going in a straight line or the bike would of span round
