C90 Sports/Custom Exhaust

Post by krt50 » Wed Feb 17, 2021 3:53 pm

I have a 1985 C90 Cub that i am converting into a custom and i’m after a Stainless Steel Exhaust. I am new to the forum so assume anybody with one for sale will message me or reply to the thread. Alternatively if anybody knows where i can purchase a new one from that would be appreciated too.

No one makes a stainless standard exhaust so you will need to look around ,OO Racing did a stainless downpipe and there are lots of end can options out there . A custom should be a one-off not an off the shelf bike .

Thats the thing most are far from custom. They are simply rusty cubs that have had the arse chopped short, and a few cheap Chinese bits thrown on, and half the original bike thrown away. Including there engine for a junker big bore lump that will never last as long as the original lump.. if it aint got a honda motor in it, and half the bike is made in china, then its just a chinese bike masquerading as a Honda.

Saying that ive just aquired a so called custom, But at least im gonna try and make, or have made one off parts. and modify others so its in keeping with the theme im going for (old school 70s.. skinny wheels, fishtail pipe, kicked up rear etc) simply because it would cost more to return it to a standard square lamper.

Don’t know if this helps but the C125 silencer looks like it’s stainless steel and is similar in shape to the C90s,without its heat shield on.
