You could always cut a new one. Tape up the old one and use it as a template. Buy a small sheet of Lexan, cuts quite easily.

I used a jigsaw with a grit blade designed for ceramic tiles then finished up the edges with sandpaper. The curvature can be achieved with a bit of heat from a hot air gun or similar. Worked for me! :D

Lexan is just one of the names of polycarbonate used for screens. I have in the past bought offcuts from a local display/signmaker company. A couple of years ago I was given an offcut of Lexan and managed to cut various screens of different sizes for the Rickman fairing. I think this was 4mm which to be honest is a bit over the top, 3mm would be better. Small sheets are available on eBay at quite reasonable prices.
