I take it you mean the two bent steel brackets for a square lamper.
If you don't have any luck tracking them down then I reckon they would be easy enough to make up from flat bar, you just need a pair (or one) to copy. Or some sort of template to follow.
The above advice from a true keyboard warrior who is housebound at the moment. I do have a Rickman screen behind the sofa on which I am sat at the moment though!
It occurred to me that I could take the brackets off and scan them, make a print pdf and email. Just a thought.

Some photos of the brackets on a 1cm grid may help you make some in this guide.

Thanks all. I did think about making some brackets but could find anything on forum. But there was obviously I didn't look properly. Rung them up about ordering brackets only they want a picture of screen I have got.
