If you do get one, make sure it is for a 70...the C50 carb will fit but will stifle it

I did assume they'd be jetted differently but wasn't sure!.. What about the 70 and 90's?

C70 would use either a downdraft or sidedraft carb.....
Early big valve jobbies used the downdraft.

That's what I meant...the 50 downdraught carb will physically fit the early 70 but will strangle it....the 90 is a different beast altogether

Re: C70 6v Original Keihin Carb
Trying to upload a picture but it says 'file to large' and I'm not clued up enough to know how to fix this!
I had an old C90 Cub (I think) carb, and the manifold side is slightly larger / only 1 connection to the fuel tap / and the choke operation and fuel tap are on opposite sides to mine.
So if you're facing forward on mine, it has the choke to the left and 2 connections to the tap on the right side. (on my carb)
Does this clear this up for anyone!?

As a temporary measure for this one email it to capitano AT bikerider.com and I'll stick it up here.
