1982 Honda C50 12v parts needed

Hi,
Earlier tonight my bike was stolen but I managed to track them down and I got it back. Obviously there was some damage to the bike and I would like to replace them.

Firstly I need a ignition barrel and steering lock preferbly with them same key

Also the the casing around the ignition barrel (don't know the proper name for it), in red

And if anyone as a front panel that say '50' in chrome silver, that would be great.
