Got a reply, they said they probably can help but there's a lead time of 6 weeks or more and they charge £55 hourly rate

isn't it worth trying the triumph version? You might get away with chopping an inch of the end and cutting a new thread and , if it doesn't work , you will only be out of pocket £8

Thats true I've never had to make a new thread for something of that size, what would be the best way to go about that?

best would be to find a local engineer's shop near you as they would do it properly.
Otherwise I have a set of imperial dies I inherited somewhere and don't mind ordering one of the studs and having a go on your behalf. I don't know if it will work, but I have got an original part to compare to and, if it does work, you can stick a tenner in a charity box and have the knocked-up version, and if it doesn't work we can both chalk it up to experience!

Thanks so much for the offer! I think I might have a tap and die set somewhere I'll just need to check if I have the correct size, if I don't then I would be very grateful if you could do that' I don't mind paying you to do it. Just a question what would happen if I used the later engine mounting bolt with smaller diameter? Would it cause the engine to shake or vibrate too much?

If your not bothered about it being concours buy a piece of 10mm by 1.0mm threaded bar and two half nuts and two full nuts and just make your own.
Ideally it should be a shanked bolt but it will work OK.

Do you happen to know the length of the engine mount bolt for the C90z2?

I've ordered one of the Triumph cylinder studs, I'll give it a go as I have a tap and die set. Found one on ebay for £7 free delivery so I may as well give it a go! Thanks for that suggestion, if that doesn't work then I'll try buying a threaded rod and cut it down
