C90 engine £130 OR SWAP

Decided to upgrade to a 125/140 pit bike engine so I'm selling the c90 engine.
It's a c reg with about 22k on it, not going to lie someone's had the head and barrel off and there's some orange I stand gasket in places. Was going to get a gasket kit and do it properly but if someone wants it that's fine.
Starts and runs fine, still in bike. 3rd gear it bogs down abit but could be down to carb settings.
Not sure on value, just going by eBay prices. But will swap and cash either way for a good 125/140.
