I think the seller will not be back he only joined to sell the bike .One of many

This now takes pride of place in my garage. I'm sure if the clock was wound back a few years the owner may have hung around but (hope I'm not out of turn speaking on his behalf) age and health meant this was a short membership as the seller had a relative posting in the hope for someone enthusiastic to restore to a former condition. He told me every other prospective buyer suggested they would be breaking the bike for spares

He had owned it since 1968. We discussed value and agreed on a fair price for both parties.

I am keeping his family up to date with my progress as I promised I would. All though I'm not quite sure what they make of it as it's currently sat in tubs, one for chromers, one for paint, one for mechanical work etc etc

£250. There is a bit of tin work to do but it'll make a lovely wee bike.
