Its a '62 plate with ~7100 miles and comes with a generic lextech screen, a puig screen (I found it was too tall for me and removed it at purchase), front basket, rear rack and givi top box
it has just had brand new michelins front and rear with new rim tapes and 3mm mx michelin tubes and has less than 50 miles on them
in my ownership it has needed the tyres as above (rear was worn but front was dry rotted), a front brake light switch and a battery (this was my fault as I left the key on)
when I got the bike in 2015 I purchased loads of spares aas I had every intention of keeping it forever and have:

2 chains (DID)
2 set cushdrive rubbers
2 tappet o-rings
2 foot peg rubbers
1 set headrace bearings
1 fork oil (castrol 10w)
4 gasket for oil spiiner
1 secondary clutch set
1 downshift clutch brake
1 full set wheel spokes
1 plug

since 2015 it's averaged 140 mpg, the best was 163 coming back fron darn sarf at 55mph and has done a number of 400 mile rounds trips to my folks and carries my fat ass without difficulty
it gets engine oil every 1000 miles and the front caliper is cleaned along with the rear drum at the same time, have only needed to clear the airbox drain once and I check the air filter every other oil change but is still in good condition
I manage to get a fortnights shopping using the top box, front backet and a pair of throw over panniers and is a real joy around town
