Keep it. I have four bikes for exactly the same purpose and speed. I can't bring myself to sell any of them. I keep saying I will but it never happens.

Well said cap'n.
That bike is a museum piece. It's part of you.
You'll always regret selling. At the end of the day, the tax and insurance are peanuts each year really.

How about a poll banning Steve from the forum if he sells it?

You can't sell your old friend. Think of all the miles you've spent together.
You'll never be able to replace all the memories you've created together.
Sorn it, mothball it, cover it up. In a years time you can reassess how you feel.
Don't forget, when it's gone it's gone, you might regret it.

I have a Wave and the Cub so one has to go
I can see your logic. I would find it hard to reconcile two bikes covering the same purpose.

However, although similar in construction, they aren't covering the same purpose.

1. The Wave is your "Tiny Tourer". Fuel injection, cast wheels, more modern suspension and tailored by you for its purpose.

2. The Cub is ... well ... it's a Cub ... and its purpose is being a Cub when what you want to do more than anything is ride a Cub. Keep it for Cub runs, C90Club weekends, and runs to Box Hill, The Ace Cafe etc when you want to park up and let everyone marvel at the fact that it's a Cub, they used to have one, and this one's had its wheels ridden off it.

Keep the f***er! :D
Having said all that, if you are detrmined still to sell it, yes please and you can buy it back when you want to (unless it's I.O.M bound in which case you can wait until afterwards) :)
