Suzuki address 110
So yesterday I gave the address it's thousand mile overhaul after the Newhaven MOT jaunt.
All pretty standard with no metal flakes in the oil filter or screen despite its full throttle journey.
Took the air filter off for inspection due to stairod weather but apart from a few water streaks AIO (I've had Burgman 400 filters you could ring out)
Oddly two screws holding the airbox out of eight (iirc) show white corrosion (odd as different points around the clock) but wire brush & dip in the old engine oil before refitted -jobs a good un.
Noticed a large stone chip on the offside fork leg so Burley (as in stove not bra) aerosol to the rescue as I have nothing else to hand. Also resprayed the exhaust (though HT paint not VHT) so we shall see.
Fork leg paint a dull Matt but I'm not a show queen fanatic so happy with function over form
All in the Mkll address continues to impress. Not high miles but hard miles.
May browse the new generation, if it as good as the previous incarnations then it's a keeper

Meal delivery scooters do an unfeasible number of miles.
7k in 3 months mean itβs either not his only job, or not his only bike.
