I love small engine Honda bikes but this is one to avoid if you enjoy a evening spin where there's hills.
Great for town
Great to polish

But I can't deal with slowness on hills .

Honda sh300 for me

That's a telling statement.

Echoing what AE86 says, I'm now wondering if there's a flat spot built in so it passes emissions tests. It manifests itself on some small scoots as a faint hesitation somewhere between 30 and 40 mph on the flat, particularly if there is a headwind. It might be that it affects the Vision more on hills.

Whatever, you won't have the same issues with an SH300. My only gripe with the old model was that I couldn't fit my size 12s in the footwell without maintaining a sitting position like a penguin. They've improved that significantly, I believe.

Your right about the footwell.....not very much space at all....I've had two sh300..... Only things I noticed were the seat catches can be prone to sticking, speedo misting up and occasional rough running in damp weather. Other than that I loved um.

TBH it was only the foot room that stopped me picking up one at least twice when they came up at decent used prices.

Probably why Terry (Onittino) hasn't had one either.

Funny thing is I have had one, I brought a new one in 2013, never had any trouble getting up hills, but my feet would hang off the sides lol, only had it for about 6 months tho

This is the best scooter on the planet.

I love little bikes and expected so much more from the 110cc vision.
And there is your answer you expected more, and it wont do it,and your 2nd answer ,is buy bigger cc.

I had a Honda sh 300i for 4 months [2000 miles] then some xxxxxx xxxxxx nicked it,more power, but it had less room for my size 11,s then my sh 125,less ground clearance/didn't like being ridden round London, kept cutting out[lots of them do it] never did this on all my sh 125,s.And the worse seat I have ever sat my arse on,used to go to box hill ,the short way,had to stop,my arse, when ,I got my 2nd sh 125,[the slow one] went the long way,and kept going.
As for the Honda vision 110,it does what it does,no more,no less.

Sh300 was on my short list for the next bike
I've size 11 feet and a not much backside padding if the seat is rock hard !
