I know Honda UK can do an exact build date from the frame number for £25, would there still be info on HPI after 40 years?

yes, i have done many older c70, did my ss not long ago, some cg and cf70 dont come up for some reason, dont waist the £25, Just pop in to any big bike shop who sell bikes on Finance, They Must have a Exsperian account to check finance on PX bike that come in,

It would be nice to get the original reg. After that do I just apply for a V5 and a new number plate?

We had a 90 come back as stolen, took papers to cop shop, they gave us dvla direct number as they showed no interest ( nicked so long ago) dvla said cant see any reason why logbook should not be applied for,

logbook came, now on the road,
