How about the o ring on the injector it's self, which seats it to the head, it could be sucking in extra air in till the engine heats up expands the o ring and it re-seals, had this on my diesel Mondeo, took Ford a couple of visits before the managed to work it out.

But TBH there is no problem with starting, just this cutout after the cold start.
We will see........ :P

BTW mine was made in China !!
I've never dealt with a Chinese Honda Wave before so I'm obviously not as familiar with their quirks, but I noticed my Fi (Japan built) Cub would have erratic hiccups when the battery was low (either low charge or dying battery). Rock steady idle and then 30 seconds later it would cut out (when "cold"). Seemed to stop after I replaced the battery. It did this when warm too though except it usually wouldn't die, it would just hesitate. Cleaning the grounds too wouldn't hurt I suppose.

I'm not sure that was the ultimate culprit, but the problems seemed to cease for me after the battery replacement.

The Super Cub Classic, which is what mine is, stopped being made in either 2010 or 11, I can't remember which. This is a 2010 so it's one of the last. The square lamp "classic" (3 speed 90cc w/carb) was last made in 2012 in Japan.

The current Cubs being made in Japan are the new version (since 2009) Super Cub 110, Cross Cub, Super Cub 50 and I think that's it. I think they're made in both Fukuoka (south factory) and Hiroshima still, but it's been a few years since I've had a look. Also there is a lot of joint manufacture between Vietnam and Japan for Japan market bikes, so it's not a hard fast line on which bikes are made where.

I would do anything to get a CC110i in yellow. And the C110i as a second option. I wish it was easier to get one. :|
