innova rear light flashes with indicator

my bike failed its mot on this, put indicators on when lights are on and rear light flashes ever so slightly at the same time, i always thought these little bikes did this from new, maybe im wrong?
anyway im charging the battery now incase its that simple an issue but i soubt it as bike starts on the button, thinking maybe a bad earth? but where would the earth be on the bike? bolted to the frame somewhere? any advice much appreciated.

Mine does it too. I think they all do it. I checked my earths etc and no faults. Tell your MOT guy they all do it

This was 18 months ago. Hopefully it's been sorted by now.

Battery's fooked, or a bad earth.

Mine still does it slightly with brand new battery and earths cleaned and greased with Copper grease.
My theory is that all '07 and older Innovas do this, Can other Innova owners confirm?

Was an issue at my MOT and the other guy on this thread. It's only a slight pulsing of the rear light, it doesn't go on and off. The MOT guy has to be really looking to spot it!!
