Honda belfast msx meeting and rideout

Post by cozi70 » Sat Feb 28, 2015 5:46 pm

I'm just home from the Honda Belfast msx meet and rideout today. Similar to last year's gatherings the dealer contacted local owners and further get to gethers are being discussed.
Unfortunately I could get there on my bike today but managed a wee video and some pictures.
It's good to see many owners have been modifying there bikes over the winter since the last meet.

thats great, a dealer doing something like that, for the owners to get together instead of being fuelled by profit margins.

And best off all, free hot dogs. They are a decent bunch off folk ,much better than the previous owners.

these msx 125's are very tempting machines. :P Alas I'm 54 and 15 stone so probably not for me, unless I go on a diet. ;)

What,your ideal.
I (41/16st) was there talking to a friend there who is in his late 50s ,had plenty big bikes and loves his, similar opinion as my 74 year old dad who's abstained from a 1200gs,goldwing and w650 now. Loves the lightness even compared to his innova,ksr110 and 125 monkeybike.
When I'm at these meetings I can see the cross section of age that this new model has appealed to. Many reminisce about their cub owning days And like Hondas .

I noticed today again this year the dealer will have an msx demo on which bodes well with customers.

I have one and enjoy riding it. I'm not your shape.

However, Father also has one, and he is a more similar shape. 5' 9 and about 18 stone!

This was last year's East Anglian.
