I made new bar ends to fit the hand guards today, paint is drying at the moment but temp fitted to a strap under the screen/mirror bolts...
touched up the paint a ragged off the wheels when fitting the tyres,,,Ow! and nipped the new tube in the front wheel and had to use the old one :oops:

today i have mostly been fertle-ing is that a word? :lol: Managed to get the chain guard back on but the Wuyang sprocket ( rear ) is a tooth down on the Innova how bad is that..?
Made a ram type ball to fit the mirror stem as well.

I have had mine for 3 years and have done very little to it and it always starts. It sits in the car port under a cover. It is below freezing now but it will still start.

I changed the sprockets and chain for DID. I clean and wax it about once every 2 weeks and keep on top of the wheels. I added a couple of locking nuts to the chain adjusters and that's about it. It would be nice if the centre stand and footrest bracket were stainless because they do get grotty. I give them a regular spray of WD 40 as the centre stand is prone to sticking.

But it is a great little bike and stays in good nick if you give it a bit of TLC,
