frame strength?

I noticed this and wondered if that frame would really be strong enough for what would be expected of it? Plus, where's the exhaust?

I think the simple answer is No Leiba. Looks like a death trap to me.

It kinda looks like a novelty bike. I'm pretty sure minibike craze sell bmx frames that fit a c90 engine.
