The standard 70 goes prety well as it came so the standard exhaust would seem to work , there are wiring diagrams in the guides section .

hi and thanks the 70 exhaust im told is the same as the 50 i might try the 90 and the 70 and compair the two im trying to improve the flow hence all the porting work. i still have to work out the jetting on the carb as of yet! the wiering diagrams are good and i have a nos loom, my problem is the path the loom takes through the frame/steering it seems long at the front and short at the rear! if i move it the middle is wrong! it is the correct part no for the frame number! all part of the fun...

Worth watching out that you don't pick up a zorst for a 50 thats labelled/stamped up as a 30mph item.

They have a really thick (10-12mm) washer that only has a breathing hole about 10mm diameter, to restrict the speed. I have ground one out, but it took time and is only worth messing about with if you pick one up cheap. Mine was £15. ;)

BTW the M-tek zorsts are nice, stainless header, a tad on the noisy side perhaps, but breathe well!

I have no idea what's inside them as they are sealed. I removed the washer and put it on a 90. I'm not sure which of my bikes it's on, but they'll all do 50mph + at a push.
