ive got a old set of bent handle bars i can post to you, the tube size is 22mm, but there just sitting here,

ive also got a few of these serts so i can fix the coil to the frame,

should have some 22mm tube so not a problem, will mock something up in the next days or so and pot a picture to check I'm on the right lines....might be tues/wed as I am waiting on a new welder and have a bit of a back log as a result ;-)

hi sorry for lack of updates still waiting on the bloody welder :evil: I have 22mm tube in stock so thats not a problem and as soon as the MIG turns up I will get a prototype knocked up for you to test :D

Bit of an update, managed to get half an hour on the stand today. have added a removable top piece that will house the tank and also some bar for the throttle and clutch (how long does this need to be) can add some rivnuts to it to mount the coil to, does it need anything else?

That is looking great JB-Fab! Maybe a plate on the upright would be good too for coil mounting with room for both types of coil, and a CDI box, this looks like it could be the ultimate 'plug and go' test rig :D

looking good, :D the bar at the back is spot on, i was thinking one side only , but yours is much better as a small set or bars 8-)
as cruncherkid suggested pos a plate for a coil under the elbo or such.

just got in from work,(i know, easy life) been thinking, will the kick-start miss the handlebars ok, should be ok if its put on the spline a bit further round,

Thats looking mint. very useful tool. how much this gonna be, the full test rig? yeah i know will have to add coil, reg and a cdi? will it come with the tank? or will i need to source one myself?
