the length with switch gear is 160mm so 180mm would be giving it a bit,
so from the weld or fixing :)

Ok will sort that, what sort of dimension for the mounting plate for coil/cdi etc, could also include a kill switch? Will have a look at the kickstart location and check with my mate whose engine I have borrowed. :)

price wise standard frame will be £25.00 as previously mentioned which is discounted for forum users. Top section will be an additional £25 and includes the brand new fuel tank with on/off tap and kill switch which you will need to wire into the coil/cdi/wherever lol All you will need to add is the throttle and clutch lever to add onto the bars.

£ 50 yes please :D , as for the coil cdi plate, the hole centre not a issue,
i would say a 50mm down x 80mm wide welded underside would hold most coils, and a CDI on the other side of the plate would do, :)

This is a top piece I have done for the fizzy engine stand and has a 6x2 plate at the front for coil mount etc and a slitghtly shorter throttle tube as not as much is needed under the throttle as there is on the clutch side. Will this set-up be OK, if so the frames are ready to go :D From what i can see the kickstart will be fine but if someone wants to try the first one I can always modify if there is an issue.

pos the plate for the coil is a bit in ya face at the front, pos needs to be under near the 90 angle, vertical :)

Can do that, just at the front its very accesible to get to wires and near the head for plug lead? Also easier to store top piece if there is nothing underneath it as it will sit flat on a surface?? Will mock something up tomoro to see if its what you mean :D

indeed the plate on front is a bit awkward for our carbs, because of the way the C90 carb mounts. the plate would be better on the left hand side, as thats where the cdi etc sit on the bike. just makes wiring routing easier. have to say though looking good, and very useful.

Here how much would you charge to modify a pit bike frame? i need it de-bracketed, and extended at front, and a new seat support welded on to replace the pit bike fitting. I'm trying to come up with something like a Honda Solo frame, its almost there but would need swingarm extending, and frame extending and the seat bracket changed. and also the sloppy chinese welding tidied up. i also have plans for a lightweight springer fork i would like to fit, suitably modified to take the cub front wheel and suspension links. the welding would need to pass any VOSA SVA inspection though or it would just be a huge waste of time and money. if you can do this work and a rough guide price, drop me a pm please.

Re modding your frame, send me some images and a better explanation of what you need doing and I will see what I can do :D
