Servus from Vienna

Post by DonS » Wed Oct 11, 2017 11:54 am

Hallo!
My name is Don and my home city/country is Vienna/Austria.
I just joined the forum and hopefully i'll not been thrown out right away.
Last year i grabbed the oportunity to buy the last Super Cub replica available sold by Kellerharrer in Germany.
Basically it's a copy of a Honda C-Cub combining parts and elements of several C modells.
It features a 110 (107ccm) engine and a semi-automatic with 3 gears.
As the Super Cub made by Chongquing Motors is still Euro 3 i had to hurry up with registration in 2016 for new bikes need to make Euro 4 now.
Looking at the pic you will find some Honda parts i added to improve performance.
No genuine Honda C90 driver but almost.
Don

A warm welcome to you DonS. You will have great fun riding your cub look-alike. The larger engine will help with any alpine climbs you do.

Thank's lads!
I don't know if the proud owners of a SuCu use it like it comes straight out of the box, but i tried to make some improvements.
1.) I changed the exhaust to a original C90.
The endpipe dia of the SuCu exhaust is only 10mm and the sound is very, very silent. It is somehow clogged.
2.) Sprockets front 16T and rear 39T.
Original 15:41 is much too short.
3.) Changed the rock hard rear shocks to the Honda ANF Innova shocks of the injection modell.

This made a major improvement for me making the SuCu engine feel running free and performing great.
How are your experiences?
