Hi guys,
I haven't ridden a bike since my RG500 and that was a few (well many) years ago,was always into Stan the Mans tuned bikes ,before you ask yes it was very very quick lol.Passed my test on a RD250DX then had a RD250 and 350lc all race tuned by Stan.Tried the 350 powervalve but did not like it so stuffed the engine into a RG250 frame engine of course tuned and this transformed the bike
How i got into Honda c90s ( back in the day would not be seen dead on one) was my son was always saying im going to get a c90 and travel the world these bikes are brill etc but i always laughed at him saying get a proper bike not a sewing machine. So i started looking on the web about these little bikes and was amazed by what i saw they even went for good money and people buying these for an investment(shame on them). So i thought sod it im going to get one and get one i did,1997 c90.I rode it and had a smile all the way home lol.As of writing i am just going to finish a top end rebuild as needed a new head as exhaust stud bust and barrel was very rusty so popped along to OORACING which just happens to 8 miles from me and got a new head and barrel and piston.I must say these guys are ace as didn't have a head on the shelf so sorted me one out as i waited,These guys do tuned heads as well so was temped to get one lol.
The main reason to getting the C90 is my son and myself are going to ride them to the Island for the TT (thats going to be a laugh) so hope to see some of you guys there.
