Just a couple of lines to say Hi, I,m new to the Honda c90 ( ridden them as a youngster ) but never owned one, I've been riding since I was 16 ( now 56 ) and currently own a 1996 CB1000 FT, known in Japan as the big one. My c90 is looking sorry for itself and has several problems that I know of, but probably more.I want to restore it to its former glory and I'm sure this forum will prove a great asset!

Hi
Thanks for the welcome, sorry I'm a bit late replying but I have a funny shift pattern, I'm located in Hull, East Yorkshire and looking on here have already found answers to issues i've come across.
As I said the bike looks like its had several unsympathetic owners and issues to be resolved include -
Wobbly brake pedal and centre stand
strange greyish smoke after she warms up, but I think it could be carb related as the carb is always wet , possible jet/overflow issue?
Not a lot really but there's quite a lot of restoring of parts to be done so I think this could be a steady slog.
