There are two types of early forks for the C90 one is fitted with a torque arm for the brake
The other type brake plate locks into the pivot arm.
Both will fit the frame but you will need the correct front brake plate to match up
It changed over from the torque arm in about 1975 i think
A backward step in my opinion but made the bikes a bit cheaper and a couple of bushes less to wear out i suppose.
